Dear Valued Providers,

First of all, we hope that you and your family are safe during this difficult time as we are dealing with the Coronavirus concerns. And we wish you the best for this coming year.

In the last few months we have been receiving Brand New Day claims in to Easy Access care IPA Clinic address at 1590 S Imperial Ave. el Centro CA instead of EasyAccess Care IPA Claims Department address for claims processing, we will appreciate if you can please update the address in your system ASAP to avoid late processing of claims.
