Most of our Providers already have this information but in just case, attached you will find a Quick Reference Guide, and Referrals, Authorization, Request to access our QuickCap Portal and Request for a Direct Deposit for your convenience.

This informacion is very good tool for you when trying to access services thought EasyAccess Care IPA and, will help you to find easily where you can request a service when needed (Example who and where to contact when you have issues or questions in regards submission or status of Claims, Credentialing, Authorizations, etc.etc)
